We heard your feedback loud and clear on how you wanted a more straightforward and faster process to reach Player Support.
So, now we have simplified the journey and shortened the steps required to submit a ticket.
Furthermore, players from both Microsoft and Sony platforms will share the same Support Portal, facilitating and improving information access.
