Summer Xbox Tournament Rules

1. General Provisions

Request

1.1.1. Teams are added to the tournament in the order they are registered. After the start of the tournament, changes in the composition of the teams are not allowed. Registration of teams takes place in the Discord on the channel WoT CONSOLE in the section "TOURNAMENTS".

1.1.2. When registering, you must specify the team name (required) and links to pages with statistics for each player (or player nicknames). Teams that do not indicate the name are not allowed to the tournament.

Battles format

1.1.3. The format of the battles in the match:

  • “Drawn Allowed” is the group stage of the Tournament. If none of the teams managed to win the match, the result of the match is counted as a draw.
  • “Until a winner is identified” - play-off round. If none of the teams managed to achieve victory in the match, the winner is revealed using a tiebreaker.

Match settings

1.1.4. Team composition: 7 people.

1.1.5. Battle time: 10 minutes.

1.1.6. Playground: training room.

Requirements for the roster

1.1.7. Teams may consist of tanks of different nations.

1.1.8. You can use premium tanks, shells and equipment.

1.1.9. The total Tier of Vehicle in the team should not exceed 70 points.

1.1.10. Only one set of vehicles can participate - 7 tanks of X Tier.

1.1.11. You can’t use more than three identical tanks in each battle.

1.1.12. A team that violates the above rule is credited as a technical defeat in a combat. If both teams have chosen the wrong tanks, a replay is appointed.

1.1.13. If the team entered the battle room in an incomplete composition and none of the substitute players can take their place in the main squad by the start of the match, the team begins the battle in an incomplete composition.

Victory conditions in the group stage

1.1.14. The winner of the match is the team that won the first three games.

1.1.15. The winner in combat is determined by the gaming system automatically according to the current rules of the encounter battle.

If the number of replays for teams in one round is more than three, a technical draw of 0: 0 is counted in the round.

1.1.16. The organizer undertakes to inform the original parties of the teams in the schedule in the Discord on the WoT CONSOLE channel in the “TOURNAMENTS” section.

1.1.17. If the number of battles won by the teams is equal (2:2 score), a tiebreak will be organized to determine the winner of the match.

Winning conditions for a playoff round

1.1.18. The winner of the match is the team that won the first three games (5 wins for the final and the match for 3rd place).

1.1.19. The winner in battle is determined by the gaming system automatically according to the current rules of the encounter battle

If the number of replays a team has in a single playoff round is more than three, then both teams will be disqualified for a passive game.

For the final and the match for the third place the number of replays is not limited.

1.1.20. The organizer undertakes to inform the Discord on the WoT CONSOLE channel in the "TOURNAMENTS" section of the original teams in the tournament schedule.

1.1.21. If the number of battles won by the teams is equal to (2: 2 or 4: 4 when playing for the final and 3rd place), a tie-break will be organized to determine the winner of the match.

Tie break

1.1.22. The tie-break system is used only if it is necessary to determine the winner, when both teams did not score enough points to win in a particular match.

1.1.23. The map for the tiebreak match is “Lakeville”, the points of the spawn are determined by the Tournament Organizer or the moderator of the match (if any).

1.1.24. A round of tiebreak takes place according to the standard rules of the “Head-to-Head” mode. Winning the team is determined by the gaming system automatically according to the current rules of the oncoming battle.

1.1.25. The winner of the fight conducted by the tie-break system, is considered the winner of the meeting. In the case of a tiebreaker draw, another fight is conducted on the same card, but the teams change respawns.

2. Additional provisions

Scheme of the tournament

2.1.1. The tournament is held in two stages:

  • group stage;
  • playoff round.

Group stage

2.1.2. The tournament is held in a round-robin system. The round robin is a draw system in which each Tournament team plays with another team within the group.

2.1.3. Any team member can fight in battles on any tank allowed by the Rules. A substitute player can replace the main player in any battle on any tank permitted by the Regulations.

2.1.4. The total number of teams participating in the tournament is any, but not less than 12.

2.1.5. If there are less than 12 teams registered in the Tournament, it is not carried out.

Places in the standings are distributed in accordance with the number of victories and the sum of points scored in each match:

  • for each victorious battle 1 point is awarded;
  • for a draw in battle, the team does not get points;
  • for defeat in battle, the team does not get points.

With the same number of victories in two or more teams, the places in the standings are determined as follows:

  • by the number of points;
  • based on the results of all personal encounters between rivals;
  • if these figures are equal, the decision remains with the Tournament Organizer.

2.1.7. The exact time of the beginning of the battle is indicated in the schedule of battles.

2.1.8. The official list of maps in the group stage:

  • "Berlin";
  • "Ravaged Capital";
  • "Mines ";
  • "Westfield";
  • "RedShire";
  • "Sand River";
  • "Siegfried Line";
  • "Murovanka";
  • "Prokhorovka".

2.1.8.1. Before the start of the match, captains must ban one map from the list. The first one to ban one of the maps is the captain of the team that is listed. In this match, you cannot choose banned maps. One map can be selected for the game once.

In matches of the qualifying round, the map on which the match will take place is determined by the captain of the team indicated first in the match in the schedule of games. The second command determines the respawn point. After the first battle, the teams change the spawn point and play on the same map. The second card is chosen by the captain of the second team, and the respawn point is chosen by the captain of the first team, etc.

2.1.9. Two best teams from each group enter the playoff round.

All battles are conducted in the “Encounter battle” mode.

The order of the choice of tanks

Teams are given 5 minutes to choose vehicles. The creator of the training room assigns observer status to all participants, after which the participants select vehicles. After 5 minutes, the creator of the training room removes the observer status from all participants, after which the replacement of vehicles and room parameters is prohibited. If one of the participants did not have time to choose a vehicle, then the team plays in the minority. If the creator of the room changed the parameters of the room after removing the status of observers, then the team for which the creator of the room is assigned a technical defeat in battle.

Playoff round

2.1.10. The play-off round is held according to the Olympic system (Single Elimination) and is eliminated from the Tournament after a defeat.

2.1.11. The exact time of the beginning of the battle is indicated in the schedule of battles.

2.1.12. The official list of maps in the group stage:

2.1.14. Tie-break map for all matches of the play-off round - “Lakeville”. The respawn point is selected by the command indicated in the table above.

2.1.15. If necessary, the Organizer reserves the right to add maps to the official list of maps at any of the stages with prior notification of teams in a specially designated topic in the Discord on the WoT CONSOLE channel in the "TOURNAMENTS" section.

2.1.16. The number of tours can be changed by the decision of the Organizer with a preliminary notification of players in a special topic in the Discord on the WoT CONSOLE channel in the “TOURNAMENTS” section.

Dispute resolution

2.1.17. Decisions about disputable situations are made exclusively by the Organizer of the Tournament. The judge (after announcing the decision of the Tournament Organizer) is obliged to inform the captains or managers of both teams about resolving the disputed situation.

2.1.18. The decision on the dispute made by the Tournament Organizer is final. An attempt to challenge him in the course of the Tournament entails the disqualification of the team, the participant of which disputes the final decision of the Organizer.
