Update 3.6: "Liberty Falls" is live!

The fighting spills onto unfamiliar battlefields in Update 3.6 "Liberty Falls" with a brand-new map set in the heartland of American suburbia, a blizzard-chilled Himmelsdorf and other revamped maps. A few player-requested features like new camouflage and horizontal stabilization have also made their way into this release!


New Battlefield: Liberty Falls


Liberty Falls may seem tranquil, but it's actually an American test town ready to go BOOM!

Liberty Falls features two towns on the north and south connected via an elevated bridge perfect for sharpshooters. Heavy tanks should take the high ground by the waterfall to provide protection of that flank. Medium tanks can support their larger allies or race to take the low ground in the east. Scouts should have plenty to explore yet should take positions to increase detection chance.


New Variant: Himmelsdorf - Blizzard


Typhoons, sandstorms and blizzards aren't enough to stop steel-on-steel action! A blizzard has engulfed the streets of Himmelsdorf, hampering view and signal ranges. You'll have to be extra careful when crossing these mean streets.


New British and Czechoslovakian Camouflage


  • Two British Patterns: Two-tone universal camo (summer) commonly seen during the Cold War. Dark Stone yellow camo (desert) was used in Tunisia during WWII
  • Three Czechoslovakian Patterns: Winter solid, and two summer patterns

Horizontal Stabilization


Enabling the Horizontal Stabilization feature (found in the "Game" tab section of settings) reduces the hull rotation's impact while aiming in first-person or sniper mode. This helps you stay on target while maneuvering.

The impact that hull rotating has on aiming depends on your turret rotation speed. If your turret rotation is faster than your hull rotation, your aim stays pointed in the current direction. If your turret rotation is slower than your hull rotation, your aim can still drift left or right, as it's not able to overcome the speed at which you're rotating.

  • Horizontal Stabilization is off by default and is enabled in the Options menu
  • This feature works for all classes except artillery, whose aiming system works the same with or without this feature enabled

New Features

  • "What's New" information screen will display during the normal loading and synchronization process
  • "Horizontal Stabilization" feature in Options: Find this Horizontal Stabilization option under the "Game” tab section. Enabling this reduces the hull rotation's impact on your aim when in first-person or sniper mode. This helps you stay aimed on target while maneuvering your vehicle
  • Additional Control Schemes for Handbrake: Handbrake D-Pad Cruise Control: In this setup, Handbrake is done with the “A” on Xbox or ”X” on PS4. Press down on the D-Pad to switch ammo types

  • New British Camos: Two-Tone Universal Camouflage (Summer) and Dark Stone (Desert)

  • Liberty Falls: Designed to appear like an American town used for bomb tests, "Liberty Falls" is a console-exclusive map featuring two urban areas (north and south) with a large bridge connecting both sides
  • Himmelsdorf - Blizzard: Battle through a blizzard in one of the more popular city maps
  • Art Update: Widepark, Widepark - Rain, Ensk
  • Art Update: Port - Snow: Texture updates to terrain/objects and new skybox
