Important Changes to Wargaming's Privacy Policy and End-User License Agreement

25 may

We're making important changes to the way we handle your data, and giving you more control over the data that we have access to.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a rule passed by the European Union in 2016 with the purpose of harmonizing data privacy laws across Europe. In compliance with the GDPR, which will come into effect on May 25th, 2018, we have revised our Privacy Policy and End-User Licence Agreement. The new rules will provide more transparency on how we handle your personal data, and offer our users more control over the data collected by us.

A new version of Wargaming’s Privacy Policy is now available, and adheres to the GDPR and other data protection or data privacy laws in the Member States of the European Union. This Privacy Policy covers all Wargaming titles, including World of Tanks for PlayStation 4 and Xbox, and will come into effect on May 25th, 2018. To read the new Privacy Policy, please click here.

We have made several revisions to our End-User License Agreement (EULA), with the new EULA coming into effect on June 15th, 2018. To read Wargaming’s updated EULA, please click here.

Due to our compliance with GDPR, we are also changing the way we handle email subscriptions for World of Tanks on PlayStation 4 and Xbox. Users will now have more control over the types of communication they receive from Wargaming, and your subscriptions to our email communications can be managed from the new Account Management section of the World of Tanks Console portal. To view and edit your email communications preferences, please click here.
